The Guanshuo’s China Double step type motor shaft is divided into large and small diameter sections. The step surface enables precise axial positioning of bearings, rotors, gears and couplings, reducing positioning parts and simplifying assembly. The large diameter section bears the rotor and the main torque, while the small diameter section is suitable for bearing sealing. The stress distribution is more reasonable, with stronger torsional and bending resistance, reducing the risk of fatigue fracture. The steps form a natural stop mouth, and the bearings and end covers can be centered with one click. The coaxiality and assembly efficiency are both improved, and the debugging time is reduced. Sealing grooves and sealing rings can be set at the steps. The product is easy to maintain, oil-proof and dust-proof, suitable for damp and dusty working conditions, and can extend the lubrication life.
